Vacuum measurement device "Microcoil Vacuum Gauge" [Mercury-free & Wide Range Measurement!]
Easier to handle than a Pirani gauge and capable of wide-range measurements! No mercury used, ensuring stability of measurement values and excellent environmental resistance of the sensor component!
The "Microcoil Vacuum Gauge" is a vacuum gauge based on the thermal conductivity method. The well-known Pirani gauge is relatively inexpensive and easy to handle, making it widely used. However, its measurement range is limited, and it is not very resistant to environmental conditions, as it can be affected by the usage environment and may suffer from disconnection due to vibrations or shocks. The "Microcoil Vacuum Gauge" can measure a wider range compared to the Pirani gauge and features improved measurement stability, environmental resistance of the sensor part, and ease of handling. 【Features】 ■ Capable of wide-range measurement from 0.05 Pa to atmospheric pressure. ■ Excellent vibration and shock resistance due to the miniaturization of the sensor filament. ■ Superior stability thanks to the thermal sink structure. ■ Excellent environmental resistance due to the flushing function. ■ A variety of sensor shapes are available, with five types to choose from. ■ Equipped with various outputs as standard. ■ Can be battery-operated by connecting to a dedicated battery pack. ■ Includes a moving average function. ■ Measurement software is also available. *For more details, please request documentation or view the PDF data available for download.
